I discovered this recipe over a year ago, I do not remember any more wh
ere exactly, but it doesn’t matter – the important thing is that I make this salad regularly as it complies with three important things: a) easy to make, b) healthy, c) very tasty. For two persons you will need:
# Tore iceberg lettuce into bite sized pieces, slice radishes and chop peeled orange.
# Place everything on the plate in the following order – iceberg, sliced radishes and chopped oranges on top.
# Chop chicken fillet and fry until browned, season with salt, pepper and 2/3 orange juice. Simmer chicken pieces in the juice for a few minutes and place them on each plate over the oranges.
# Prepare the sauce – mix sour cream with the remaining orange juice and either place it into a separate small glass and serve separately or pour over the chicken pieces.
Goes well with spicy tomato juice. Super healthy!
